Senior Special Apostle Aderemi Awode delivered charges from the book of 2 Timothy 2:1-END, setting the tone for the ceremony. 

Special Apostle Ademola Odetundun presented Special Apostle George Oluwadare Ogunleye as the new District Chairman, followed by the anointing by His Grace Baba Aladura Prophet Emmanuel Abiodun Alogbo.

The ceremony was attended by esteemed members of the Church, including Most Senior Special Apostle T.I Adewoye, Senior Special Apostle Kunle Alonge, The Secretary General, Special Apostle Ademola Odetundun, Secretary Administration, Special Apostle Femi Ayanlola, The Secretary Galilee & Protocol, Special Apostle Pastor Moses Oluyomi, The Secretary Spiritual Special Apostle Oladapo Agboola, HRM Oba Babatola Oladele JP, Oba Oluopele of Ipele Iloro Ekiti, HRM Oba Babatunde Akanbi Ogunronbi, Oba Osasa Kingdom, Chief Adeshina Solomon Ileri of Imesi-Ile, Chief Akintola Olasupo Osolo of Imesi-Ile and the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanw0-Olu was represented by The Secretary to the State Governor Barrister Bimbo Salu-Hudeyin

In his address, the new District Chairman, Special Apostle George Oluwadare Ogunleye, expressed gratitude for the support and love shown to Surulere District. He pledged dedication to his duties and the improvement of the Church, acknowledging the divine guidance that led him to this position.

The Women Fellowship Surulere Zone presented a beautiful portrait to the new District Chairman, capping off a day filled with praise and celebration.

The event showcased the unity and strength of the Cherubim & Seraphim Movement Church, highlighting the commitment to spiritual growth. The Surulere District looks forward to a new chapter under the leadership of Special Apostle George Oluwadare Ogunleye.
