Vision Statement
To raise a spiritually grounded, globally relevant, and purpose driven generation of youths who live out Christ, lead with integrity, and make lasting IMPACT in the Church, society, and the nations of the world.
Mission Statement
The International Youth Fellowship (IYF) of the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church Worldwide exists to intentionally disciple, mentor, equip, and empower youths through sound spirituality, effective leadership, innovation, community engagement, and global collaboration, so that they may serve God faithfully, influence society positively, and advance the Kingdom with excellence and accountability.
Our administrative and spiritual philosophy is anchored on the IMPACT Core Values, which guide all our decisions, structures, and engagements.

Integrity
We uphold godly character, transparency, and ethical leadership in all our dealings, believing that integrity is the foundation of lasting influence.
Mentorship
We are committed to intentional mentoring and leadership development, ensuring continuity, growth, and the raising of competent, Spirit led successors.

Prayer is our spiritual engine. We depend wholly on God for direction, strength, and success, recognizing that spiritual depth sustains every visible achievement.
